The 12th of march started the new workshop aimed to our most recent moms because we want to join them during this first months of life of their children.
Our Health Education team invites all the moms who are members of Hospital Scheme and SNS, who have also done the Prebirth workshop, to share two new encounters in which they will be able to talk about important issues of this stage, such as: early stimulation, tips on feeding during lactation, how to keep the balance when coming back to the routine, practical exercises recommended for moms, doubts and advices.
